Squadron Markings
Soon after deliver 75 Squadron markings began to appear on the aircraft, one of the first being NZ 6205 with the squadron badge flanked by the yellow diamonds on red back ground set just above the (rectangular) fin flash.
Then just prior to departure on Exercise Vanguard I (1971) the new 75 Squadron unit making shown above appeared on the intakes of the Skyhawks. It should be noted that the one single seat A-4K and three TA-4K aircraft operated by 14 Squadron remain devoid of any unit markings until this tenure ceased and all aircraft returned to 75 Squadrons inventory.
